Brilliant performance by this team on their first game of the season.

They created some great chances and were unlucky not to find the net in the first half.

Dynamos came out in the second half and created some great chances again and were also denied by the post.

Eventually the well deserved goal came following a brilliant cross by Shane Crossan and Molly duggan found the net.

Brilliant performance by all the team including
Mollie Duggan
Shane Crossan
Francis O'Brien
Leon O'Connor

Oisin Carroll who was simply outstanding in the back line

Tralee Dynamos 2 Dingle 1

Well done to both sides who gave the crowd a very exciting game. The opening 10 minutes was end to end with both sides having many chances to open the scoring.

14 minutes gone and Dynamos made the breakthrough with Pierce Lowth down the right flank linking up with Adam Evans whose shot on target was well saved by Oisin Dowd but unfortunately for the keeper the ball broke favourably to Nick Lacey who scored from close range.

Dynamos doubled their lead on 25 minutes when Pierce Lowth again linked up with Adam Evans who spotted Matthew Rogers running from deep. Adam weighted the pass delightfully for Matthew to rifle to the net from 15 yards to double Dynamos lead at the break.

With the quality of player on view and the quick counter attack nature of both sides there was a lot of opportunities created but with defences on top the scoreline remained until 8 minutes from time with Dingle getting a goal back.

Dynamos were to hold firm from here to the final whistle and claim the points against a very strong opponent in Dingle Bay Rovers.

Man of the Match: Pierce Lowth
